I have a diet plan that really works. I use cayenne pepper powder from a naturals store to kick my exercise efforts into overdrive. I take Spring Valley multi-enzyme probiotics, as much hot and spicy foods as I can tolerate, and try to exercise as much as possible.

Cayenne pepper has capsacin and other nutrients that force your digestive system to work harder and burn more calories. Cayenne pepper is a must for any natural foodist who is trying to lose weight. It works very well in the bath too, but it can cause burns if you use too much. Just start slowly (maybe 1 tsp,) and work your way up!
