Smart For Life™ 42-Day Weight Management Kit
Our CostCo magazine came in this month and it had a page on the cookie diet by Smart For Life. We both love cookies and our waste lines and body fat percentage have been climbing of late, and though why not.
We thought, why not, and pushed the button on an order. Amazon also sells Smart For Life, or at least did.
We are now eagerly awaiting our cookies!
Starting tonight we will post our weight, body fat percentage and waist size, hopefully daily. The cookies should arrive in 10 days or so, so we will have a base line for our readers.
I am also particularly interest in how much hunger and or compulsion we feel while on the cookie diet.
