Cookie Diet: Getting Started, Day 1
This is really only day 1 for her. I have a lunch appointment and a dinner appointment today, so I will start tomorrow.
The first report from her is: I have had 2 of the cookies and am a bit hungry, and they are bland at first then incredibly sweet. She is a bit lactose intolerant and has to take lactase with the cookies as they have dairy in them.
The dinner planning resulted in bit of a scramble, as we don’t have much low fat food in the house. No dairy, no pork, no beef, 12 oz of lean protein and 5 servings of non starchy veggies, and medium low carb. No more than 600 calories.
Her, 38.3% body fat, 124.8 lb, 46.6% water
Him, 25.8% body fat, 187.4 lb, 54.2% water
