Her, 34.3% body fat, 125.8 lb, 48.2% water
Him, 26.0% body fat, 191.0 lb, 54.1% water
She has some low fat chicken nuggets as her protein and some napa cabbage and broccoli in fat free veggie broth and a romaine lettuce head for lunch.
He: I am going to start with a chocolate chip cookie, picture below. I have to go out for lunch again but i will have more control over what I order. Hopefully I can get a turkey burger and a salad.
