Cookie Diet Day 17, Morning
Slept in gloriously late. Haven’t been exercising. Hope to use the exercise bike today!
Her: 122.4 lbs 32.8% fat 49.6% water
Ways to combat hunger during dieting
I talked to the nice cookie diet advisor on the phone. She recommended:
1) More water — you need at least a glass of water with each Cookie Diet cookie as it will then expand like a sponge.. keeping you full. This seems like good advise for any diet — water is easy, free and good for you.
2) Some extra protein during lunch time. We’ll give it a try … not being hungry would be good!
3) She also recommended NOT eating even fat-free cheese during lunch as the lactose will encourage hunger. Recommended proteins were: tuna, turkey and chicken.
NOTE: I’ve been hungry on days I’ve been having frozen dinners — when I make my own – I’ve been fine. I guess it is good incentive to cook from scratch too
