Fridays are a busy day for us, and rarely get time to exercise.

We did play a couple of songs worth of DDR with some friends.

No muffins today but we did go out to a Persian restaurant for dinner, very taisty.

I love the flavor of that purple spice sumac? somak? that they provide.

We are getting excited, the cookies are due Monday

She has been watching movies we have with a french language track and english subtitles while she uses the eliptical trainer.

She recently finished Simply Irrestible, a delightful romantic comedy with Sarah Michelle Gellar, and is now working on Maid in Manhattan – another romatic movie Jennifer Lopez, not quite a comedy.

I have recently finished Black Snake Moan, a rather brutal movie of redemption for lost and broken people, with Jr. John Cothran, Son House, Samuel L. Jackson, John Malloy, S. Epatha Merkerson. The deleted scenes provide a lot of back story that is missing from the movie.

Baseline 8, Morning Plus Summary So Far

Seeing how weight varies before you try a new diet helps you realize how much weight changes on its own.  Yes, we both have been doing a bit more exercise, but we really haven’t changed our eating yet.  It is good to see what weight changes just adding a bit more exercise does — sometimes you eat a bit more and there is no change; other times you actually lose weight.

Anyways, here are the numbers for today:

Her, 35.6% body fat,  126.8lb, 47.4% water.

Him, 25.0% body fat,  186.6 lb, 54.9% water.

Here are the Initial numbers again:

Her, 34.8% body fat, 126.4 lb, 47.9% water.

Him, 23.7% body fat, 191 lb, 56.6% water.

Though numbers after a week are close – they did vary alot during the week – it moves.   So worrying about weight day to day doesn’t make any sense.  We are in it for the long term!
